At Collin County Homeschool Fine Arts (CCHFA) in McKinney, TX, we are passionate about nurturing creativity and skill development in our students. One of our standout offerings is the Pep Band, an additional opportunity for CCHFA students to enhance their musical abilities while enjoying the excitement of live performances.
What is the CCHFA Pep Band?
The CCHFA Pep Band draws members from our Intermediate and Concert Bands, but is open to all students enrolled in our music programs to join our percussion section! Students can look forward to supporting student spirit and performing at five or more CHANT homeschool football games during the fall season, providing them with real-world performance experience.
While the Pep Band is not a stand-alone class, this opportunity allows participants to develop their musical skills while building camaraderie with fellow band members in the exhilarating atmosphere of live sports! Regular rehearsals leading up to game days ensure that our young musicians are well-prepared and confident.
